Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of findpromax.com ("FindProMax", the "Site", the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by JI'AN WANGDONG TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (吉安市旺东科技有限公司, Unified Social Credit Code 91360802MADAP1JBXQ), Room 806, No.801, Zongshanghui Building, No.9 Jinggangshan Avenue, Jizhou District, Ji'an, Jiangxi 343000, China ("we", "us"). Contact: support@findpromax.com.

2. What the Service is

FindProMax is a directory of online tools from around the world, together with:

The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid features later; if we do, they will come with their own terms, and nothing will be charged without your express agreement.

3. Information on the Site is for reference only

4. Accounts

You need an account to post requests, vote or comment. Accounts are created by signing in with Google; we receive only your Google account ID, name, email address and profile picture. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age where you live) to create an account. Keep your Google account secure — anything done through your signed-in session is treated as done by you. One person, one account: do not create accounts to inflate votes.

5. Your content

"Your content" means the tool requests, comments and votes you post.

6. Moderation

All requests and comments are checked automatically before publication — against our keyword list and, if they pass it, by OpenAI's moderation service — and anything flagged or uncertain is reviewed by a person (see Section 4 of the Privacy Policy). We may decline to publish, hide, edit for formatting or remove content that breaks these Terms, and we may limit the number of posts per day.

Not allowed: content about politically sensitive topics; pornographic or sexually explicit content; gambling; illegal goods, services or "grey-market" activity (for example fake invoices, stolen accounts, money laundering); scams and fraud; spam and advertising, including contact details or links posted to solicit (WeChat, QQ, Telegram, WhatsApp and similar); harassment, hate or personal attacks; other people's personal information; content that infringes intellectual property; and anything else illegal where you or we are. Asking for a tool that fights these problems (for example a scam-message detector) is fine.

If we remove your content or suspend your account, we will tell you why where we can. You can contest a decision by writing to support@findpromax.com within 6 months; a person will review it and we will tell you the outcome.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  1. scrape, copy or republish the directory, rankings or scores in bulk, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal browsing, without our written permission;
  2. manipulate votes, clicks or rankings, including by using multiple accounts or bots;
  3. attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, probe or test its security without our written agreement, or interfere with its operation (for example by overloading it);
  4. use the Service to send spam or to collect other users' personal information;
  5. misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation;
  6. use the Service in breach of applicable sanctions or export-control laws.

8. Email notifications

If you post a request or vote for one, we may email you when its status changes (for example "We found a tool", "Building", "Launched"). These are service emails about something you asked for, not marketing. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe from one request or from all notifications.

9. Our intellectual property

The Site's design, code, text, compiled data, scores, rankings and verdicts are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law. You may view and share individual pages and quote short extracts with a link back. Third-party names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and are shown to identify and describe their tools.

10. Reporting illegal or infringing content

Email support@findpromax.com with the subject "Notice — illegal content" or "Notice — copyright", including: the exact URL; why you believe the content is illegal or infringing; your name and email (unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material, where you may stay anonymous); and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith. We review notices promptly and tell you what we decided. We accept notices in English or Chinese.

11. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including listings, scores and features. Because the Service is free, we do not guarantee it will be available at any particular time.

12. Disclaimers

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live. Subject to that, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of listings, data, scores or verdicts, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent those warranties may lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business opportunities, including losses from decisions you make based on information on the Service or from your use of third-party tools; and because the Service is free, our total liability to you is limited to USD 100. If you are a consumer, these limits apply only as far as the law of your country of residence allows.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Section 9 of the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, especially for serious or repeated violations, spam or vote manipulation. Sections 5 (for content already published), 9, 12, 13 and 16 survive termination.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top, and for material changes we will give notice on the Site at least 15 days before they take effect (except changes required by law or to deal with abuse). Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms; if you do not, stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account.

16. Governing law and disputes

Please contact us first at support@findpromax.com — we will try in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (mainland), excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there. Otherwise, the courts of Jizhou District, Ji'an, Jiangxi Province, China have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor that continues the Service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms are the entire agreement about the Service.

18. Language and contact

These Terms are written in English and translated into Chinese. If the versions conflict, the English version governs, unless the mandatory law where you live requires otherwise. Contact: support@findpromax.com.
